General conditions of access and use

The purpose of the website www.beyond-asset.com is to provide information on solutions of Sixense Digital, both to its employees and to any professional or private public wishing to find out about the Group and its achievements.

Sixense Digital undertakes to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on this site, whose contents it reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice. However, Sixense Digital cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on this site. 

Accordingly, Sixense Digital disclaims all liability regarding:

  • Any interruption, suspension or malfunction of the site,
  • Loss of data,
  • Occurrence of bugs,
  • Any inaccuracy or omission relating to the information available on the site,

Sixense Digital expressly prohibits any reuse, reproduction or extraction of elements of the databases contained on the site such as protected by the Law of July 1, 1998 transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases. No reproduction, representation or use of these photos and films may be made by users of the site without the prior written consent of Sixense Digital. Any use of these documents, even partial, in violation of the aforementioned obligations, exposes the perpetrator to prosecution.

Protection of personal data

Sixense Digital collects the data strictly necessary for the following purposes:

Any dispute concerning the application, execution and/or interpretation of these General Conditions of Access and Use will be submitted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris.

Sixense Digital reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-compliance with any of these Conditions, of any nature whatsoever.
